One of the most important scholarship agencies, which manages the resources of donors (godparents) and scholarship recipients (godchildren), needed a tool to generate the monthly contribution commitments required by each scholarship holder.

Aldibs developed a web system with user and password authentication to upload scholarships to students and track donor payments, upload bank spreadsheets, connect with AFIP (the national tax agency) to generate invoices, plus a reporting module and a complete accounting module (chart of accounts, general ledger, journals, balance sheets, etc.).
